further to my September 11 post, Agence France-Presse’s Moscow bureau says Russian warships with nuclear-tipped cruise missiles have set sail for joint military exercises this winter off Venezuela

meanwhile, Bolivian President Evo Morales says the United States is facilitating the coup d'etat by right-wing regional governors in his country
